Exchange & Return Policy

 

At Outfite, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes an item may not be the perfect fit or meet your expectations — so we’ve designed a flexible and fair process to help you with exchanges and returns.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
• You have 3 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. Please ensure to pay the delivery charge.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for items that show signs of wear, damage, or have been altered after delivery.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange:
1. Contact our Customer Support team on Facebook, Instagram or via email at contact@outfite-bd.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
2. We will review your request and send you instructions on how to proceed.

Once your return is approved, we’ll explain the next steps, including where to send your item if you are mailing it back.

3. Exchanges
• If you want a different size, color, or variant of the same product, you can request an exchange within the 3 day period.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item you want is out of stock, you may choose for refund instead.
• Any price difference between items (for upgrades or downgrades) will be handled as a partial payment or refund.

4. Refunds
• After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
• Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or Outfite error.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos showing the issue.
• Once verified, we will cover return shipping and either send a replacement item or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

6. Important Notes
• Items must be returned securely packed to avoid damage in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
• Outfite reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item does not meet the conditions above.
